This is my first time doing business with this company and I can confidently say that their business will be ongoing on a monthly basis.
My building is constructed of brick walls and concrete floors. For the longest, I was unhappy with my floors and their dullness. I’ve hired previous professionals who did not properly clean and degrease the concrete. Thereafter, the floors would have this ashy look with left over stains and just didn’t look clean enough for business. So, I took a chance, and located Pacific Facilities Management’s website and discussed my needs.
I was contacted in a timely manner, and immediately scheduled for a walkthrough! Randy came on time and was very professional! I was impressed with his knowledge and appreciated him listening to my concerns with my building. A day or so later, I received an invoice that was affordable and detailed to the “T!” On top of that Randy was able to schedule the cleaning and refinishing of my floors around my scheduled events! My floors look absolutely amazing! The concrete floors now look clean and have a nice shiny ✨ finish!
